Baja Cantina Marina takes pride in using fresh local seasonal ingredients and imported USDA beef. Their locale on the Marina also features sporting events from the NFL, NBA, NCAA, NHL, MLB, UFC, boxing, and soccer on their plasma televisions. On Friday Ladies Nights, all women drink free from 9:30 – 11:30 pm, while local DJ’s provide the dance beats and music. They also offer a delicious Guacamole and warn most gringos and guests of their sizzling ”caliente” hot sauce.

 

The $5 US dollar breakfast at Baja Cantina Marina is highly recommended, and the fast, friendly, polite, attentive Bilingual service is never disappointing. Early morning highlight plates are the Campesino omelette, chorizo and potato omelette served with hash browns beans and fruit. For lunch or dinner, the Carnitas dish is loaded with savory meat and their thirst quenching Margaritas are an ideal drink; day or night. Known for their large portions, Baja Cantina, offers seared Ahi tuna, sautéed veggies, chicken quesadillas, Sashimi Palmitas, chile relleno burritos, shrimp Ceviche served in a coconut shell, Calamari, and a fantastic pear Gorgonzola salad.
