It’s official. it is with a heavy heart that we must inform you the Hotel Mar de Cortez will be closing effective August 1, 2021.

Due to all the ramifications resulting from the Covid 19 pandemic, it is no longer possible to remain open to serve you…our guests/family and the town of Cabo San Lucas. We have had a beautiful 50-year journey and so many of you have been visiting us for almost that long as well. You are family. No doubt about it. Many of you have reservations for future dates. Please contact the US Reservations Office or the hotel to discuss your cancellations. (Please be patient if we don’t get back to you post haste due to the onslaught of Incoming calls and emails.)

Thank you doesn’t begin to express our sentiments. But yes, thank you for your loyalty and friendships through the years. We will publish one last newsletter and make another post with some pictures of the employees and guests here on FB so keep on the lookout. Blessings to you and yours from all of us to all of you. We will miss you!
