The aroma of freshly made home cooked meals welcome visitors to this off the beaten path restaurant specializing in Mexican food, located one block West of the famous Mariscos Mazatlan. Maria Jimenez serves tortilla soup, mushroom quesadilla, enchiladas, shrimp fajitas, Sea Bass covered in a delicious garlic wine sauce, marinated chicken breast in their tasty special sauce, perfectly seasoned chicken Mole’, tender chicken a la plancha—which is the house special—in a spicy buttery lime, and an unforgettably delicious Chile Relleno. Maria Jimenez starts everything with a complimentary Sope.

Like many small, family oriented restaurants, the friendly Bilingual staff is equally fantastic and a sweet lady is making home made corn tortillas as patrons enter this wonderful Cabo dining establishment. The place is a comfortable little gastronomic getaway that dazzles the senses. Maria Jimenez is also known to be one of the cheapest best meals visitors can enjoy during their visit to Cabo. Their full bar offers a great deal of Mexican beers to pick from.
