Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge is now permanently closed
When Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge owner, Zuki Page, was dreaming of re-opening the restaurant that had once been run by close family in downtown Cabo San Lucas, across the street from Tesoro Resort Hotel, she knew what she wanted. Foremost was to provide parking for our guests. She then proceeded to look for such a location and create her unique dining establishment. And when her ”House of Music, Art & Wine”, opened in January, 2020, she had already secured the chef of all chefs to help open the magical, Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge. Transforming a former business warehouse into the romantic interior decor that features subtle lighting, live music and a menu inspired by Chef Jeremiah Tower; based on his California cuisine that he created from his travels and experiences around the world. Jeremiah Tower has been the subject of a documentary produced by the late Anthony Bourdain, titled “The Last Magnificent”.
A film, Chris Cowley of New York media said is, “A rare, honest and compelling glimpse into the life of a legendary chef.” Henceforth, her kitchen staff spearheaded by Chef Dani Reyes, the Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge, have created a fantastic new dining experience. The unique atmosphere has combined innovative with fine art & music. An experience and restaurant defines their own style, ready to satisfy the palate of every one of their guests that steps into the world of delicious food, tasty wine, relaxing music and spectacular art. Zuki Page has also dedicated her passionate restaurant dreams to serving only fresh, organic foods, grown and sold locally in the Los Cabos area and Southern Baja California Region. She has also been a graciously participating in local fundraisers and charity events while promoting her recently opened restaurant Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge. The menu features modestly priced dishes that includes Baja California oysters, crab meat ravioli, Baja Cabrilla grouper, smoked chicken breast double cut pork chops, grilled Angus rib eye steak, and a kid’s menu along with a dizzying array of delicious desserts. Zuki Page has created her own fundraising events that began with her first Dinner Gala to help children battle cancer, “Take a Leap for the Chrildren”, February 29th for Los Cabos children Fundation, and the upcoming Sancho Panza Restaurant and Lounge Jazz Festival. Located just before Santa Carmela Market on the four lane highway, and across the service road street from the elegant Esperanza Resort Hotel.
Open Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday until 12:00 midnight. Closed on Mondays. All major credit cards accepted.
