Luxury tourism, unstoppable in Los Cabos It is estimated that up to 70 private jets arrived last weekend, added to the mansion developments that will have a value of 14 million dollars. National media cited businessman Ernesto Coppel Kelly, owner of the Pueblo Bonito hotel chain in Los Cabos and Mazatlán, who said that luxury tourism in Los Cabos is “unstoppable.” The businessman assured that his hotels in recent days were at the limit of allowed occupancy, this despite having a higher rate than in previous months. Likewise, Coppel Kelly told national media that several Grumans and six Falcons of 55 million dollars each were stationed in the civil aviation area of the airport, and that in total 70 private planes gathered at the destination during the weekend , which continues to position the destination as a global phenomenon in the luxury segment. Coppel Kelly added that luxury investments will continue in the coming years for Los Cabos and none have stopped because of the pandemic, proof of this are two residential projects, one around the St. Regis in Quivira and another in Cabo del Sol (CSL), by the hand of Ritz Carlton, with mansions that will cost up to 14 million dollars.
