Sabores de Baja is an organic food festival that retains the authentic Baja Sur flavors.

The details of the event were announced on the morning of Tuesday, March 29 at a press conference led by Lucy Trasviña, in the company of the Los Cabos City Council and the Municipal Directorate of Economic and Tourism Development, the Association of Hotels of Los Cabos, the Secretary of State Tourism, an multiple sponsors.

The festival will take place in its traditional venue, the Doña Pame restaurant, of the Municipal Delegation of Miraflores, an open-air and rural space.  From 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. multiple stands will offer tastings of regional dishes, expecting the presence of 400 diners with an extensive selection of foods and drinks. The festival will also feature a live music show, and the presence of artists exhibiting their work.

The pre-sale of tickets is now available at the Isabel Rocha Boutique in Lomas de Cabo (624 129 69 83), and at Coworking at Los Cabos in Plaza Casa Blanca (624 355 30 48). The cost of the ticket during the pre-sale is $950 MNX per adult and $500 MXN for children, the tickets include tastings and fresh india pharmacy traditional waters. On the day of the event the ticket will have a price of $1,200 MXN pesos for adults and $500 MXN for children.

The event organizer, Lucy Trasviña, announced that the event will donate 10% of the profits to benefit the elderly in the community of Miraflores, a resource that will be sent in kind through the Municipal DIF System.
