Through our senses we perceive 5845 different aromas and flavors, only a few are exquisite. Enjoy some of them at Tony’s Plantation Coffee, we offer one on the finest coffees of the country. Martinique de Clieu. You can taste our coffee with some Mexican “Crepas”, sandwiches and a wide selection of desserts. Early in the morning we prepare delicious breakfast accompanied, of course by an excellent Tony’s Coffee.
There’s an ancient legend, a long time ago there was a tale told between muslims and christians, where the profet got sick and Gabriel, the Angel provide him with a black liquid beverage, just likew the black stone Tony brought from the Meca. This beverage give the profet back its strenght and virility.
Later on Tony let us know that the coffee comes from Etiopy, and he took it to Arabia, India, Holand, he carried large amounts of coffee, then he travel through the oceans and took the brownish grains to Brasil and Central America, and many other places in the continent. After three centuries Tony decided to establish its kindom in Puerto Paraiso in Cabo San Lucas, where all of us now can enjoy a tasty, textured and rich in flavor coffee beverage.

How to prepare a good coffee
Start with Café Martinique de Clieu. Make sure the coffee is ground correctly for the type of coffee maker you are using. (Ask your Café Martinique de Clieu agent).
Check that your brewing equipment is clean. Always start with fresh, cold water. add 1-2 rounded tablespoons of ground coffee per cup (6 Oz.) of water for a strong, full flavor. Increase or decrease this ratio to your personal taste. Enjoy immediatly or transfer your coffee into a thermal carafe to keep it fresh.
Institutional coffee makers: put 1 Lb. 2 Oz. of Cafe Martinique de Clieu for every 3.3 galons of water. now about storing your coffee, this stays fresher longer when stored in an airtight container at room temperature. If storing coffee for more than one week before using, keep it in the freezer and store at room temperature. Our coffee is 100% pure from the regions of Chiapas, Oaxaca and Veracruz in mainland México, at 3,300 feet above sea level.
